Terms & Conditions

Booking Policy: To make a booking, guests must provide a valid credit card or make a payment via bank transfer in advance in order to confirm a reservation.

Cancellation Policy: Free Cancellation until 4 weeks or 28 days prior to arrival. Otherwise, the full price of the reservation shall be applicable.

Check-in/Check-out Policy: Check-in is at 3:00 PM on the day of arrival, and check-out is at 11:00 AM on the day of departure. Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability and additional fees.

Occupancy Policy: The maximum number of guests allowed in each unit is specified on the booking page. Additional guests may be allowed upon request and subject to additional fees.

Damages and Liability: Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the villa or its contents during their stay. The host reserves the right to charge guests for any damages or excessive cleaning required.

Smoking and Pet Policy: Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms and properties, and pets are not allowed.

Noise and Disturbance Policy: Guests are expected to respect the privacy and comfort of other guests and neighbours. Loud music and parties are not allowed on the property. Quiet time is from 10pm to 10am.

Security Deposit: A security deposit or a credit card guarantee may be required at the time of booking or check-in to cover any damages or violations of the rental agreement.

Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Canada.

By making a booking, guests agree to these terms and conditions and any additional policies or rules specified by the host. The host reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without notice.
